🔒 The most important part in short: your child's data (custom tiles, photos,
voice recordings, communication statistics) NEVER leaves your device — it is stored exclusively
locally in the browser. Our server only holds the carer's account data.
1. Data controller
AllesKlar Service Andrzej Andelbrat, Lönsweg 30, 21680 Stade, Germany,
e-mail: info@mojglosik.pl.
2. What data we process and why
Account data (username, first name, e-mail address, password as an
encrypted bcrypt hash) — to provide the service, sign-in and contact;
basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Access status (trial period, purchase date) — billing of the service; basis: contract.
Payment data — processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland)
as an independent provider, or by Google Play for purchases made in the Android app;
we do not see or store card numbers. Basis: contract and legal obligations (accounting).
Server logs (IP address, time of the request) — security and operation
of the service; basis: legitimate interest.
3. The child's data — the “everything stays local” principle
Custom tiles, photos, the parent's voice recordings and tile-usage statistics are stored
exclusively in the browser storage on the user's device (localStorage,
IndexedDB, offline cache).
This data is not sent to our servers and we have no access to it. Deleting the browser
data deletes it irreversibly.
No data about the child is required to use the App — the account is created by the carer
using their own details.
4. Cookies, local storage and statistics
Essential cookies: session cookie (sign-in), “remember me” (up to 90 days), language
setting (PL/DE/EN) and local browser storage for settings and offline mode.
Statistics only with your consent: we use Google Analytics 4
(Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the website is used (e.g. page views, approximate
origin, device type). Until you click consent in the banner, no Google script is
loaded and no statistics cookie is created. After you consent, the tool may set
cookies and process truncated IP addresses; Google may transfer data to the USA. Basis:
your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
There are no statistics inside the app itself. After signing in, the
communication board runs entirely without external scripts: the child's tiles, photos,
voice recordings and communication statistics are not sent anywhere (see point 3).
The advertising features of Google Analytics are switched off (no Google signals, no ad
personalisation, truncated IP address). We use no marketing cookies and sell no data.
5. Recipients of the data
Hosting: SEOHOST Sp. z o.o. (servers in Poland/EU).
Payments: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; for the Android app: Google Play.
Statistics: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4).
We do not sell data and do not share it with anyone else, except where required by law.
6. Retention periods
Account data — for as long as the account exists; you can delete the account yourself on the
Delete account page or request it by writing to
info@mojglosik.pl.
Accounting records — for the period required by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of
processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a
supervisory authority (in Germany: the competent state data-protection authority, in Poland:
the President of the UODO). An e-mail to
info@mojglosik.pl is enough.
